1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Renovation Of The Roof Of The Building At Ul. Zielona 33 Along With The Reconstruction Of Two Residential Premises In The Building In Kostrzyn Nad Odrą.1.1. The Scope Of Roof Construction Works Includes: • Disassembly Of Damaged Layers Of Weldable Felt (Local Repairs) • Cleaning And Preparation Of The Substrate • Dismantling Of The Cladding Made Of Galvanized Steel Sheet • Laying Of Polystyrene Boards Laminated With Roofing Felt • Preparing The Surface For The Installation Of A New Cladding • Installation Of Wooden Squares To Attach The Gutter Strip Above The Drainage • Installation Of The Cladding Made Of Galvanized Sheet • Installation Of Two Layers Of Roofing Felt Heat-Welded Finishing/Surfacing• Renovation Of Gutters• Renovation Of Lightning Protection System• Renovation Of Chimneys1.2. The Scope Of Construction Works For Two Apartments Includes:• Securing The Construction Site;• Start The Renovation Works By Taking Down The Wall In The B Axis Dividing Apartments 3 And 4;• Stamping The Roof Along The Entire Length Of The External Wall, Axis 2,;• Remove The Roofing Felt, Thermal Insulation And Sheet Metal Flashings From The Roof Surface;• Dismantle The Indicated Ceiling Slabs, Replacing Them With Reinforced Concrete Filling Slabs;• Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Slabs. Ceilings;• Dismantle Window And Door Joinery;• Dismantle The Walls Indicated As Walls To Be Rebuilt;• Rebuild The Brickwork And Make Reinforced Concrete Ring Beams. To Ensure Horizontal Stiffness, Tighten The Rims. Existing Reinforced Concrete Ring Beams Should Be Forged On Sections Of The Designed New Ring Beams, Exposing The Existing Reinforcement. Leave The Existing Longitudinal Bars Of The Ring Beam At A Distance Of 80 Cm In Order To Anchor Them In The Designed Wz-01 Ring Beam;• Make Reinforced Concrete Slabs In Place Of The Demolished Ceiling Slabs. An Alternative Solution Is Also Possible, Consisting In The Installation Of Prefabricated Elements In The Form Of Reinforced Aerated Concrete Slabs;• Install System Lintels Above The Door Openings And The Window Opening In The Bathroom Of Premises No. 4, Dedicated To The System Of The Selected Manufacturer Of Masonry Blocks;• Restore Thermal Insulation And Cover The Roof With Felt, Paying Particular Attention To The Processing And Sealing Of Penetrations;• Clean And Reinstall The Existing Window And Door Joinery Qualified For Retention; .• Install Newly Designed Window And Door Joinery;• Replace The Damaged Glazing Of The O1 Window In Premises No. 1;• Apply New Plaster Coats Of The Rebuilt External Walls With Mineral Structural Plaster In The Same Color As The Existing Building Color;• Remove Loose Layers Of Plaster From The Remaining Walls And Apply New Plasters To The Entire Surface Of The Walls And Ceilings In Premises No. 3 And 4. All These Rooms Repaint;• Repair The Floors And Floor Layers Near The Rebuilt Walls;• In Premises No
