5.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Entitled: Modernization Of The Records Of Land And Buildings In The Swornegacie Registration District. The Subject Of The Work Is To Carry Out Surveying Activities (Technical, Organizational And Administrative) Aimed At Adapting The Current Register Of Land And Buildings For The Swornegacie Registration District To The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development, Labor And Technology Of July 27, 2021 On The Records Of Land And Buildings. The Main Goal Is To Improve The Quality Of Data Collected In The Database. The Management Of All Work Should Be Entrusted To A Person With Professional Qualifications Referred To In Art. 43 Point 3 Of The Geodetic And Cartographic Law Act, In Scope 1.2. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Three Stages: Stage I - Reconstruction Of The Archival Network And Establishment Of The Egib Working Database. Stage Ii - Information Activities, Determining The Boundaries Of Cadastral Plots, Obtaining Descriptive Data And Measuring Buildings And Measuring Land Use. Stage Iii - Presenting The Project, Considering Comments And Updating Egib With Modernization Data. Materials Necessary For Implementation Subject Of The Order Will Be Made Available After Signing The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Confirm Receipt Of The Materials, But In The Case Of Numerical Data, It Will Be Possible To Make Them Available And Later Exchange Using The File Transfer Protocol. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Annex No. 1 To The Description - Project For Modernization Of The Land Register And Annex No. 2 To The Description - Technical Conditions. The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Its Annexes And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annexes To The Swz.
