In The Scope Of The Implementation Of This Contract, In Particular In Matters Of Technical And Organizational Arrangements, Acceptance Of Works, Correspondence And All Activities Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Obligations Arising From This Contract. - Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Valid Occupancy Permit Or A Certificate Of Lack Of Grounds For Objection To The Notification Of The Construction Supervision Authority About The Completion Of Construction.
