The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of An Ol And Oc Warehouse In Grębów As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026, Including: In The Following Scope: A) The Building Of The Designed Warehouse Hall, One-Story, Without A Basement, With A Gable Roof, With A Steel, Post-And-Beam Structure, Single-Aisle, With A Volume Of 3,750 M3. Hall Casing Made Of Sandwich Panels. 10 Cm. Roof Made Of Sandwich Panels, Thickness: 12 Cm. B) Construction Of Sanitary Installations - Cold And Hot Water And Sanitary Sewage Systems, C) Construction Of Electrical Installations With A Pv Installation And Energy Storage, D) Construction Of Hardened Surfaces And Fencing. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. Bills Of Quantities Are A Supplementary Element That Will Be Taken Into Account Only If There Are No Elements Of The Works In The Technical Documentation And Are An Auxiliary Element Necessary For Settlement.
