A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement. The Offered And Delivered Devices And Accessories Must Meet All Operational, Technical And Additional Requirements Described In This Annex.3. The Delivered Equipment Must Be: A) Brand New, Unused, Showing No Signs Of Damage, B) Capable Of Being Used In Commercial Conditions (Use Class), C) Free From Defects And Complete. D) Bearing Information About The Name And Symbol And Marked With Ce - Conformiteeuropeenne. Part 1: Delivery Of Sports Equipment In The Range, Quantity And Parameters Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.
