1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Primary School In Goręczyn.2. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1) The Scope Of Thermal Modernization Construction Works Includes, Among Others: A) Insulating The External Walls Of The 3-Story Building And The Single-Story Extension Next To The Sports Hall With Polystyrene With A Thermal Conductivity Coefficient Of 0.038 W/Mk - 20Cm. In A 3-Story Building, The Façade Should Be Cleaned And Any Holes In The Plaster Should Be Filled Before Starting The Work. Dismantle All Elements That Make The Work Difficult, Including Boards. After The Work Is Completed, They Should Be Installed In The Same Places Or Places Agreed With The Investor. Dismantling Of The Lightning Protection Systems Air Terminals On The Facade Should Be Planned, Followed By Their Reassembly Or Possible Replacement. After Completing The Work, Measurements Of The Effectiveness Of The Lightning Protection System Should Be Performed. In The Ground Floor Part Of The Building Next To The Hall, The Existing Insulation And Sheet Metal Casings Should Be Removed. Cleaning The Walls, Filling In Gaps On The Walls. Completion Of Plasters On The Structural Elements Of The Walls, Which Should Be Reinforced With A Steel Mesh With A Fine Mesh Of 1X1 Cm, Especially At The Steel Structure-Wall Connections. B) Replacement Of The Cladding Of The External Walls And The Flat Roof Of The Sports Hall And The Flat Roof In The Low Part Of The Building With A Pir Sandwich Panel (Class I) With A Thermal Conductivity Coefficient Of 0.030 W/Mk, 20 Cm Thick. Before Insulating The Walls And Roof With Pir Boards, The Existing Trapezoidal Sheet Covering And The Existing Mineral Wool Insulation Should Be Dismantled From The Outside. Clean And Protect The Steel Structure Of The Hall And Roof On The Low Part Of The Building Against Corrosion, Install Elements For Fastening Pir Boards And Then Insulate With Pir Boards. All Required And Necessary Sheet Metal Work Should Be Performed At The Ends And Joints Of The Boards And At The Windows. Use Anti-Rodent Protection. D) Insulating The Flat Roof From The Outside With Polystyrene Laminated With Thermally Weldable Felt With A Thermal Conductivity Coefficient Of 0.038 W/Mk - 20 Cm. Before Starting The Insulation, All Sheet Metal Flashings, Gutters, Downpipes Should Be Dismantled And, During The Work, New Ones Made Of Galvanized Sheet Metal Coated In A Color Agreed With The Ordering Party Shoul
