1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Works Involving The Management Of Rainwater In The Area Of ​​Ul. Derdowski As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled Sustainable Rainwater Management System In The Municipality Of Starogard Gdański, In The Scope Of: 1) Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System, 2) Construction Of A Retention Reservoir, 3) Restoration Of Road Surfaces To Their Original Condition, 4) Delivery And Installation Of An Information Board On Posts (240/120 Cm), 2 Pieces. 2. Task Co-Financed As Part Of The Sustainable Rainwater Management System In The Municipality Of Starogard Gdański Under Measure Fenx.02.04 Adaptation To Climate Change, Prevention Of Disasters, Priority Fenx.02 Support For The Energy And Environment Sectors From The Erdf Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate And Environment 2021-2027 Program. Financing Agreement No. Fenx.02.04-Iw.01-0018/24. 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Works (Including The Construction Of A Storm Sewage System With Inlets And Drains, A Retention Tank And Other Network Elements In Accordance With The Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Storm Sewer System Attached To The Swz, Reconstruction Of Existing Surfaces, Information Boards - 2 Pcs.) And Other Works Necessary For The Correct Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Bears Full And Complete Responsibility For The Correct Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order From The Moment Of Signing The Contract Until The Expiry Of The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order. 4. The Contractor, On His Own And At His Own Expense, Will Also Perform And Secure: 1) Surveying, Geological And Geotechnical Services, Temporary Traffic Organization, Provide A Construction Manager With Appropriate Authorizations And Other Necessary Staff For The Proper Implementation Of The Task, 2) Perform All Measurements, Tests, Calculations And Expertise Needed For The Proper Implementation Of The Task. 5. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Legal Regulations, Other Contractual Documents, Principles Of Construction Practice, Technical Design, Stwior, Construction Safety And Future Operation, While Maintaining The High Quality Of The Materials And Solutions Used And In A Way That Ensures Future Failure-Free And Economical Use Of The Created Infrastructure In Accordance With Its Planned Purpose. The Contractor Will Ensure That The Necessary Permits, Decisions, Permits Are Obtained Within The Lump Sum Price Declared By The Contractor, As Well As The Removal Of All Defects And Defects That Occur During The Warranty Period And The Guarantee Granted By The Contractor. 6.
