The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: Hardening Of A Section Of The Road, Sidewalk And Square With Concrete Cubes (Replacement Of The Surface From Concrete Road Slabs With Concrete Cubes), Replacement Of Concrete Curbs, Construction Of A Section Of Storm Sewage System To Drain The New Surface, Accompanying Works Resulting From The Attached Documentation2. The Detailed Scope Of Works And The Conditions Of Their Implementation Are Specified In The Documentation Constituting Appendices To The Swz: Annex No. 8 - Draft Agreement Annex No. 9 - Technical Design Annex No. 10 - Stwior Annex No. 11 - Information From The Municipal Office Annex No. 12 - Zero Investor Cost Estimate 3. The Contractor Should Comply With The Provisions Of The Environmental Protection Law And, As The Holder Of Waste, Handle It In Accordance With The Waste Act.4. The Contractor Will Provide A 5-Year Warranty For The Work Performed And The Materials Used. 5.
