The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task In The Design And Build Formula Called: Construction Of Elements Of An Integrated Transfer Hub At Gnieźnieńska Street In Wągrowiec. The Investment Task Is Planned To Be Carried Out On Plots No. 3385, 3386, 3379, 3377/1 And 3377/2 - Wągrowiec District, Located In Wągrowiec Near Ul. Gnieźnieńska. The Elements Of The Integrated Transfer Hub Will Complement The Accompanying Infrastructure For A Separate Investment Consisting In The Construction Of A Platform At The New Passenger Stop Wągrowiec Południowy (Working Name) For The Task Entitled: Revitalization Of Railway Line No. 356 On The Section Wągrowiec - Gołańcz - Voivodeship Border.2. The Task Provides That As Part Of The Construction Of Elements Of An Integrated Transfer Hub At Gnieźnieńska Street, The Following Should Be Designed And Built: 1) A Parking Lot - In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Standards, Including The Need To Mark The Fire Route, Fire Maneuvering Area, Parking Spaces For Disabled People, Safe Parking Spaces For Parents/Guardians Of Children, On The Plot No. 3385 And 3386 Belonging To The Municipality Wągrowiec;2) Pedestrian And Bicycle Route From Ul. Berdychowska To The Planned Bus Stop At Ul. Gnieźnieńska;3) Connecting The Parking Lot (Exit) To The Provincial Road No. Dw190;4) A Bus Bay And A Bus Stop On The Side Of The Planned Parking Lot And A Bus Stop On The Side Of The Cemetery (Plot No. 3379 - Owned By The Wielkopolska Voivodeship - Road No. 190). Bus Shelters Equipped With A Passenger Information System Compatible With The Existing One Operated By Zakład Komunikacji Miejskiej Sp. Z O. O. In Wągrowiec (A Shelter Equipped With An Information Board To Inform The Passenger About The Actual Time Of Arrival Of The Bus At The Stop, With Information About The Line Number And The Time Counted From 10 Minutes Backwards, E.G. (Line 6 In 10 Min - 5 Min 3 Min - 1 Min). The Board Is Powered By Photovoltaic Panels Installed On The Roof Of The Stop With Power Supply Maintained By Gel Batteries, For Optimal Energy Management At Install Passenger Presence Sensors At The Stops, Which Will Turn On The Board Only When The Presence Of A Person Waiting For The Bus Is Detected;5) Storm Sewage System Discharging Water From The Parking Lot/Rainwater Infiltration System/Permeable Surface;6) Parking Lighting Network;7) Bicycle Shelter With A Self-Service Bicycle Repair Station;8) Electric Car Charging Station;9) Area Monitoring System Connected To The Citys Central System;10) Complete Toll Collection System In The Parking Lot, Toll Collection Devices And Infrastructure;11) Access To The Platforms And The Railway Stop, Which Will Be Built As Part Of The Modernization Of Railway Line No. 356 And The Wągrowiec Południe Railway Stop Will Be Built There;12) Development Of The Entire Area, Including Planting Trees And Shrubs,13) Elimination Of All Collisions (Including, Among Others, Removal Of Trees And Shrubs)14) Developm
