1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Successive Performance Of Demolition Works In The City Of Białystok. During The Implementation Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Successively Commission Individual Demolitions, The Value Of Which Will Be Determined Based On The Measurements Of Individual Works And Their Unit Prices Set In The Contractors Offer. Three Orders Can Be Placed At The Same Time. The Size Of A Single Order Will Be Estimated Each Time With The Participation Of The Zmk Employee Handling The Case. The Unit Prices Of The Works, Adopted In The Price Form Attached To The Offer, Are Fixed Throughout The Entire Period Of Contract Implementation. The Ordering Partys Costs May Be Reduced By The Value Of Recovered Materials: Scrap, Wood, Slabs (Paving, Polbruk, Trylinka) And Deducted From The Receivable Covered By The Demolition Contract, In Accordance With The Attached Valuation Of Recovered Materials. Multiple Understatement/Overestimation Of Unit Prices In The Price Form For Works Occurring During Demolition In Relation To The Investors Cost Estimate And Other Price Forms Submitted In The Proceedings Will Be Treated As An Act Of Unfair Competition And Will Be The Basis For Rejecting The Contractors Offer.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A 12-Month Warranty And Guarantee For The Demolition Work Performed, In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.3.
