The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization, Renovation, Maintenance And Repair Of Lighting Of Municipal Roads And Roads Under The Control Of The Capital City. Warsaw Located In The Ursynów District.1. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Modernization - Works Consisting In Replacing Existing Fixtures And Light Sources With Energy-Saving Ones And Implementing The Expansion And Construction Of New Lighting For Aesthetic And Decorative Reasons And Improving Safety. Carrying Out Works Related To Reports From Councilors And Residents About Underlit Places, Including Illuminating Pedestrian Crossings.2) Renovation - Works Related To The Performance Of Works Related To Restoring The Original Condition Of Street Lighting, Also Using Construction Products Other Than Those Used In Their Original State.3) Maintenance - Works Related To Carrying Out Current Repairs Of Street Lighting.4) Repair - Works Related To Removing Failures, And In Particular Eliminating Damage To Street Lighting Resulting From Road Collisions Or Incidents Random, Threatening The Safety Of Road Or Pedestrian Traffic.2. Material Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order.2.1. Earthworksearthworks Include All Activities Related To The Preparation Of The Ground, Excavation And Restoration Of The Area In Connection With The Implementation Of Lighting Infrastructure.2.1.1. Excavations And Preparation Of The Groundin Particular:• Excavation For The Foundations Of Lighting Poles,• Excavation For Cable Lines,• Construction Of Open Pits And Inspection Trenches,• Execution Of Narrow Excavations,• Protection Of Trench Walls (If Required),• Drainage Of Excavations,• Preparation Of The Bottom Of Excavations For The Foundation Or Cable.2.1.2. Cable Works In The Groundin Particular:• Making Sand Ballasts,• Laying Cables,• Installing Protective Pipes And Culverts,• Making Jacking And Drilling,• Marking The Cable Route With Warning Tape,• Securing The Existing Underground Utilities.2.1.3. Backfilling And Compactionin Particular:• Backfilling Of Excavations In Layers,• Compaction Of The Soil To The Required Parameters,• Restoration Of Structural Layers Of The Surface.2.1.4.
