The Ordering Party Commissions, And The Contractor Accepts, Task No. 1, Consisting In The Demolition Of Sealed Surfaces And Planting On The Plot No. 352 Rev. 65 At P. Wysockiego Street In Legionowo. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of The Following Works: 1. Demolition Of Sealed Surfaces Together With The Disposal Of Material, 2. Construction Of A Mineral Surface With A Resin Binder On Pedestrian Routes, 3. Construction Of A Mineral Surface Under The Existing Equipment Of An Outdoor Gym, 4. Earthworks And Land Profiling, 5. Agrotechnical Works, Preparation Of The Ground For Planting Plants, 6. Planting Of Plants: Trees, Shrubs, Perennials, Ornamental Grasses Along With With Mulching With Bark And Aggregate, 7. Construction Of Lawns, 8. Basic Care Treatments, Including Weeding Of New Plantings, Among Others. Once A Month In July-October, Watering New Plantings During Drought To Allow Plants To Take Root Depending On Weather Conditions (At Least Once A Week During Drought), First Mowing Of Lawns, Replenishing Bark Once In Spring 2027. Maintaining Flower Beds And Tree Plantings In Good Qualitative And Aesthetic Condition During The One-Year Warranty Period.
