The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Equipment Delivered Under Both Parts Of The Order Is To Be: A. Brand New B. Adapted To Work Under High Loads And High Temperatures. The Ordering Party Does Not Indicate The Required Manufacturer, Model Or Brand Of The Tractor - Only Equipment Meeting The Minimum Requirements Specified Below May Be Offered. The Ordering Party Determines The Requirements Of The Equipment, Taking Into Account The Specific Technical And Organizational Conditions In Which The Equipment Is To Be Used. The Ordering Party Will Expect The Following From The Selected Contractor In Both Parts: 1. Conducting A Demonstration Of The Use Of The Equipment For Operators Indicated By The Ordering Party In Operating The Tractor And Accessories - Theory And Practice, Before Putting The Device Into Operation.2. Warranty And Post-Warranty Service.3. Expected Service Response Time To Report A Fault Within 48 Hours. Access To Original Or Equivalent Spare Parts For A Minimum Of 5 Years From Delivery.5. Providing Full Documentation (Pl User Manual, Parts Catalog, Service Book, Approval Certificates And Other Required Documents).6. Vehicles And Tools, If Required By Law, Must Have Road Approval For Registration In Poland In Accordance With Eu Regulation No. 167/2013, Unless This Is Excluded In The Description Of A Specific Tool.
