1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery To The Provincial Administrative Court In Łódź Of A Brand New Minivan (7-Seater), Free From Design, Material And Workmanship Defects, With Technical Parameters And Equipment Described In The Technical Specification Of The Car In Annex No. 2, Which Is An Integral Part Of Swz.2. The Offered Car Must Meet The Following Requirements:2.1. Meet The Technical Requirements Specified By The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including Technical Conditions Resulting From The Act Of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws 2024.1251) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act, 2.2. Have Approval For The Transport Of 7 People, Enabling The Vehicles To Be Admitted To Traffic In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Issued In Accordance With The Above-Mentioned Act, 2.3. Meet The Requirements Of The Cee Euro 6 Directive Regarding Exhaust Emissions.3. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Register The Car (After Providing Appropriate Authorizations By The Ordering Party) On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And To Perform Other Activities Necessary To Admit The Vehicle To Road Traffic.4. The Delivered Passenger Car Must Be Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025, And Cannot Be Used Before The Date Of Delivery, Except For Use Necessary To Test Its Correct Operation.5. Authorized Service Stations Of The Manufacturer Of The Offered Car Must Be Located In Poland, Including At Least One Located In The City Of Łódź.6. Together With The Offered Car, The Contractor Must Provide The Ordering Party With: 6.1. An Operating Manual Prepared In Polish (If The Document Is Prepared In A Language Other Than Polish, A Translation Must Be Attached To This Document), 6.2. Service Book And Warranty Card With A List Of Service Points Throughout The Country, 6.3. Two Sets Of Keys,6.4. Extract From The Approval Certificate,6.5. Registration Certificate.
