1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Unlimited-Time Licenses For An Integrated Office Software Package Containing The Following Components: Word Processor, Spreadsheet, Presentation Program, E-Mail Program (Offering Support For Microsoft Exchange). Commercial Package, Intended For Institutional And Business Clients.2) Detailed Description Of The Office Software And Maximum Order Quantities Can Be Found In Annexes No. 2 And 4 To The Swz. 3) The Office Software Offered By The Contractor Must Meet All The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 2 To The Swz.4) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Offer Of Office Packages, Programs And License Plans Based On Cloud Solutions Or Solutions Requiring Fixed Fees During The Period Of Use Of The Purchased Product.5) The Delivered Licenses Must Be Brand New And Unused (Software Reuse Versions Are Not Allowed), Originating Only From The Official Distribution Channel.6) The Assortment Must Be Be Admitted To Trading In The European Union.7) The Contractor Offering Products Equivalent To Those Indicated In Annex No. 2, In Order To Confirm That The Offered Products Meet The Conditions Described In The Swz, Is Obliged To Attach To The Offer: A Description Of The Offered Equivalent Product, Including: The Registration Item For The Equivalent Product According To Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Its Name, Manufacturers Name And Version.8) The Conditions Of Equivalence For The Offered Products Are Specified In Annex No. 2 To Swz9) The Contractor Will Provide Licenses In The Mpsa Model (The Ordering Party Has An Active Contract) Or The Licenses Will Be Added To The Microsoft Tenant Indicated By The Ordering Party (Except For Equivalent Products)
