Fiber Optic Welding Training 16H/Group X 1 Group (6 People)3.1 The Subject Of The Order Is An Order Under The General Name Implementation Of Training Services Under The Project Professional Competences - A Chance For A Better Tomorrow Iii Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The European Funds For Lublin Province 2021-2027 Program.3.2. The Order Is Awarded In Parts, I.E. Other Training Courses Will Be The Subject Of A Separate Public Procurement Procedure.3.3. This Procedure Applies To The Following Training Courses: Parts 1-35 - Participants Are Teachers, Parts 36-55 - Participants Are Students.3.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Requirements For The Implementation Of The Order, Is Included In The Annex To The Specification Of Terms Of Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz.3.5. Additional Information: A. The Contractor Will Not Charge Any Costs To The Project Participants Or The Ordering Party For Any Damage To The Equipment Incurred During The Period Of The Contractors Training Or Examinations, B. The Contractor Is Obliged To Insure The Training Participants Against Accidents In Relation To Parts 36-55, C. Training In Parts Of The Order 7-12, 14-20, 24, 30-32 May Be Carried Out Outside The Ordering Partys Headquarters, In A Town No More Than 200 Km Away From The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Measured By The Driving Route According To Google Maps (Location Enabling Direct Access - Without Transfers) By Public Transport. D. A Participant Of The Training From Parts Of The Order 7-12, 14-20, 24, 30-32 May Join The Group Of Participants Who Carry Out The Training In Accordance With The Program And In The Number Of Hours Indicated By The Ordering Party, E. The Person Indicated By The Contractor To Conduct The Course/Training For Students From Parts Of The Order 36-55 Cannot Be Listed In The National Criminal Register To The Extent Indicated In Art. 21 Section 3 Of The Act Of May 13, 2016.
