A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 3 To The Swz And Chapter Xix Swz.3. Each Vehicle Must Be Covered By A Warranty For The Period: 1) Min. 36 Months Without Mileage Limit Or 36 Months With Min. Limit. 100,000 Km Of Mileage - Warranty For Mechanical, Electrical And Electronic Components Of The Vehicle On Which The Bodywork Was Made,2) Min. 36 Months - Warranty For The Paint Coating,3) Min. 72 Months - Warranty Against Perforation Of Body Elements,4) Min. 36 Months - Warranty For The Entire Body And Equipment Of The Vehicle,5) Min. 36 Months - Warranty For The Installation And Vehicle Privilege Devices,6) Min. 36 Months - Warranty For The Installation And Communication Equipment, - Counting From The Date Of Receipt Of The Vehicle By The Ordering Party.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Contractors Offer In The Table: Brand, Type, Variant, Commercial Designation, In Accordance With The Template Of The Ec Certificate Of Conformity For The Base Vehicle. If The Above Data Is Not Provided In Accordance With The Ec Certificate Of Conformity Template For The Base Vehicle, The Ordering Party Will Reject The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Act. 4. The Ordering Party Allows The Execution Of Part Of The Order To Be Entrusted To A Subcontractor.5. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance Will Be Entrusted To Subcontractors, And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known.
