The Framework Agreements Include Consultancy Related To It Advice And Coordination, Including: It Strategy Planning And Implementation Of It Transformations Assessment Of Technological Solutions Architecture Designing Requirements Specifications And Needs Descriptions Evaluation In Procurement Processes Legislation And Requirements That May Affect The Security Work Change Management Project Management Process Management Test Management Hired Consultants Will Initially Have A Place Of Work At Lysaker And Work Under The Direction Of The Research Council During The Assignment Period, And Cannot Rely On Remote Work. All Communication And Documentation Must Be In Norwegian, So In Practice It Will Be Difficult To Bring In Consultants Who Do Not Speak Norwegian.
