The Supplier Does Not Have The Opportunity To Submit Alternative Or Parallel Alternative Offers In The Competition. The Work Is Remunerated Either As A Fixed-Price Assignment Or After Elapsed Time, Based On The Offered Fixed Prices And Hourly Prices.
