Sansia Oy Requests Your Offer For Soil Material Deliveries In Accordance With The Specification Attached To The Request For Tender, Both Soil Material Pickup And Delivery To The Construction And Maintenance Sites Of The City Of Keuruu, As Well As Transport Equipment With Drivers For Rent To The Construction And Maintenance Sites Of The City Of Keuruu. The Contracts Will Be Drawn Up For The Period June 2, 2026–June 1, 2028, As Well As A Possible Option Period June 2, 2028–June 1, 2029. Soil Materials Will Be Delivered To Construction Sites Or Storage Sites Located In Keuruu City Area (Parts 1-4). The Offered Soil Materials Are Partially Listed In The Tenders Appendices. Soil Materials Must Be Delivered No Later Than 3 Business Days After The Order. Orders Are Placed With The Supplier By Phone, Whatsapp Message Or Email. Orders Are Confirmed On The Next Business Day At The Latest. The Pick-Up Point For Soil Materials (Section 5) Must Be Located, To Ensure Continuity Of Operations, No More Than 15 Minutes By Car From The Keuruu Or Haapamäki Agglomerations. The List Of Soil Materials To Be Picked Up Is In The Tenders Appendices. There Must Be A Wheel Loader Available For Loading At The Pick-Up Point For Soil Materials On Weekdays Between 7:00 A.M. And 3:30 P.M. Or A Loading Service. The Use Of A Wheel Loader Or Loading Service Is Included In The Unit Price Of The Offered Products. In The Measurement Of The Collection Point Of Soil Materials, 62.25609788061875, 24.707927062991917 Or 62.25362953024151, 24.45432750068278 Are Used As Starting Points. The Driving Distance Is Determined Using The Google Maps Route Search (Fastest Route) From The Starting Points. In Section 6, An Offer Is Requested For The Rental Of Earth Transport Equipment With Drivers. For Part 6, 5 Suppliers Will Be Selected, Who Will Be Assigned A Priority Order Based On The Score. The Service Of Part 6 Must Be Available No Later Than 3 Business Days After The Order. The Order Confirmation Of Part 6 Must Be Sent To The Customer On Weekdays Between 7 And 15:30 Within 2 Hours Of The Order. In Order Of Priority, We Move On To The Next Supplier, If The Supplier Informs In Writing That It Cannot Deliver Within The Requested Time, Or The Supplier Does Not Respond Within The Deadline, Or There Is A Customers Security/Disturbance Situation That Cannot Withstand The Normal Cycle. Personnel Or Equipment Can Be Changed During The Contract Period With The Customers Consent. The Experience Of The Driver And The Characteristics Of The Vehicle Must Correspond To The Offered Level Or Be Above It. In The Case Of Equipment Or Personnel Changes, The Customer Must Be Presented With The Length Of The Change Period, As Well As Other Changing Factors. The Annual Volume Estimates Are Presented In The Pricing Appendices. The Announced Quantities Are Estimates Of The Annual Need, And The Subscriber Is Not Bound By Them. The Quantities Of Procured Products And Services Are Linked To The Construction And Maintenance Needs Of The Urban Infrastructure And May Vary During The Contract Period. The Procurement Is Divided Into Six (6) Parts. Parts 1–5 Follow The Sannyse Goods Purchases Contract Terms And Part 6 Follows The Sannyse Service Purchases Contract Terms. The Bidder Can Submit A Bid For One, Several Or All Parts Of The Procurement. The Offer Must Be Priced In Accordance With The Land Construction Cost Index 2026M02. The Price Revision Will Be Carried Out During May 2026 In Accordance With The M04/2026 Index. The Price Review Is Carried Out Annually In May (According To M04) And The Prices Are Changed If The Change From The Valid Index Is Greater Or Less Than 3%. During The Contract Period, The Prices Are Revised Annually Based On The Change In The Land Construction Cost Index, Using The Current Years Index Number M04. The Changed Prices Take Effect On June 2 Each Year. In Other Respects, The Prices Are Fixed.
