The North Ostrobothnia Welfare Area (Later Pohde) Requests Your Offer For Snowmobiles In Accordance With This Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. The Subject Of Procurement Is Snowmobiles And Related Accessories. The Procurement Contract Is Valid For Two Years, With The Option Of A 1+1 Year Option. The Customer Decides On The Use Of Options Separately. The Procurement Unit Chooses One Supplier Based On The Price. Necessary And Sufficient Quality Is Ensured By Mandatory Requirements. During The Contract Period, The Welfare Area Allocates Funds For Procurements In Accordance With This Procurement Decision Each Year Separately. Procurements Are Carried Out Each Year Within The Framework Of The Allocations. If The Allocation Is Not Granted At All For A Certain Year, Procurements In Accordance With The Procurement Decision Will Not Be Made In That Year.
