2026-06 Maintenance And Conservation Service Of The Gardened Areas Of The Pcb (Reserved Contract).Maintenance And Conservation Service Of The Garden Areas (Interior And Exterior) And The Spruce Of The Trees In The Spaces Of The Barcelona Science Park. The Different Activities That The Maintenance And Conservation Service Will Include Will Be:- Maintenance, Conservation, Renovation, Conditioning And/Or Improvement Of The Garden Areas And Other Outdoor Green Spaces.- Maintenance, Conservation, Renovation, Conditioning And/Or Improvement Of The Green Areas Inside The Buildings.- Maintenance And Conservation Of Trees (Esporga, Phytosanitary, Etc.). Periodic Weed Removal On Roofs And Patios Of Buildings.- The Maintenance Of All Those Green Spaces That Are Incorporated During The Period Of Validity Of The Contract And In Compliance With The Conditions Established In This Package Of Technical Prescriptions, Through The Reorganization Of The Service Or Expansion Of The Same, According To The Specific Needs Of Each Space, May Also Be Subject To The Provision Of The Service.
