Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Equipment for ICPAR Office. Location: Kigali Deadline: Friday, 24/04/2026 10:00 1. The Institute of Certified Public Accounts of Rwanda (ICPAR), (hereinafter called Client) intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued. 2. ICPAR invites eligible bidders to submit bids for supply and installation of supply and installation of an Uninterruptible Power Supply(UPS) equipment as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements. 3. Interested bidders for the competition will pay a non-refundable fee of Twenty-Five Thousand Rwandan Francs (FRW 25,000) to Account N° 00040-00335616-29 opened at Bank of Kigali. 5. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to one million Rwandan Franc (Frw 1,000,000). 6.
