Floodgates – Tender For A Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Coastal Protection/Damming Equipment In The Event Of Storm Surges And Flooding. The Tender Includes A Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Mobile Temporary Coastal Protection Equipment / Dam Equipment As Well As Related Equipment For Handling Tasks In Connection With Climate-Related Efforts In The Event Of Storm Surges And Flooding. (In The Tender Conditions Referred To As The Supply Of Coastal Defense Equipment). The Specific Requirements And Wishes For The Equipment Appear In The Functional Description And Requirements Specification, Attached As Appendix 1 And Appendix 2. The Client Has A Current Need To Be Able To Establish A Fixed-Angle Dam Of A Total Of 3,000 Meters. In Addition, It Can Be Expected That The Client Will Need Additional Coastal Protection Equipment During The Term Of The Agreement. In Addition, Municipal Emergency Services Mentioned In Appendix 4 Are Entitled To Use The Agreement For The Purchase Of Supplies On The Terms Of The Agreement. It Is Estimated That The Framework Agreement May Have A Contract Value Of Up To Dkk. 10 Million. The Expected Contract Value Is Only An Estimate, And There Is No Guarantee That The Client Will Purchase A Certain Amount Of Material. The Client Will Enter Into A Non-Exclusive Framework Agreement With One Economic Actor. The Clients Requirements For Terms Of Agreement Appear In The Draft Framework Agreement, While The Requirements For The Service Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specifications (Appendix 1 And Appendix 2).
