Medical Practice Services – Sotepe: Procurement Of Department Emergency Physician Rental For Laakso And Malmi Hospitals. The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Hiring Of An On-Call Physician For The Hospital, Rehabilitation And Nursing Services Of The City Of Helsinkis Social, Health And Rescue Services In Malmi And Laakso Hospitals For Temporary Substitute Needs. The Planned Contract Period Is Four Years Long. The Estimated Start Date Of The Contract Period Is September 1, 2026. The Estimated Need For The Service Is Three (3) Shifts Per Month At Malmi Hospital And Three (3) Shifts Per Month At Laakso Hospital. In Addition To This, The Client May Need To Acquire Medical Labor For Other Shifts In Which There Is A Shortage Of The Departments On-Call Staff. The Subscriber Does Not Commit To Any Procurement Quantities, But The Service Is Procured As Needed. In The Procurement, A Framework Arrangement Is Established, For Which The Customer Selects A Maximum Of Three (3) Service Providers Who Meet The Suitability And Minimum Requirements. Within The Framework Arrangement, The Minimum Shifts Of The Department On-Call Are Given To The Service Provider Who Is The First In Order Of Priority In The Framework Arrangement. In Order Of Priority, The First Service Provider Undertakes To Produce At Least The Minimum Number Of Shifts. The Subscriber Does Not Commit To Ordering The Entire Estimated Minimum Quantity, But The Service Is Ordered As Needed. Other Short Shifts Are Offered First To The Service Provider Who Is First In The Order Of Priority Of The Framework Arrangement.
