Detection And Analysis Apparatus – Delivery Of An Online Sfe/Sfc/Uhplc/Hesi-Msms System With A Triple Quadrupole. 1. Description Of The Minimum Technical Requirements And Other Types Of Properties Of The Equipment - Provided In Annex No. 2 Of The Swz. 2. The Scope Of The Delivery Constituting The Subject Of This Order Includes At Least: 1) Sale And Delivery Of The Offered Equipment To The Ordering Party At The Place Indicated In Section 2.1.2 Of The Announcement (Hereinafter Referred To As The Place Of Equipment Delivery); 2) Preparation For Operation By The Ordering Party Of The Equipment Delivered To It, Performing The First Start-Up In Order To Demonstrate Its Correct Operation (Work), As Well As Conducting Basic Training For The Ordering Partys Staff (Aimed At Preparing These People For Proper Operation And Practical Operation) Of The Equipment. The Specific Type And Scope Of Activities Included In The Scope Of Services Referred To Above In This Point, As Well As The Place And Method Of Their Performance Are Provided In § 4 Of The Template Agreement; 3) Providing The Ordering Party With A Warranty For The Equipment, However, It Is Required To Provide A Warranty For A Period Of Not Less Than 36 Months From The Date Of Delivery Of The Equipment To The Ordering Party (Taking Into Account Additional Provisions In This Regard Provided In § 6 Section 3 Of The Contract Template). Detailed Provisions Regarding The Guarantee Are Provided For In The Tor, Including In Particular The Template Agreement; 4) Providing The Ordering Party With Appropriate Licenses Authorizing The Ordering Party To Legally Use All Offered Computer Programs (Any Software) Referred To In Annex No. 2 Of The Swz And Any Other Computer Programs That - As Components Or Accessories - Are Necessary To Use The Equipment On The Part Of The Ordering Party Or Will Be Offered. In Each Case, A Full, Perpetual, Minimum Single-Station License Will Be Required; 5) Issuing To The Ordering Party: A) Documents Referred To In § 5 Section 1 Of The Template Agreement; B) Other Documents, If The Offered Equipment, Its Manufacturer Or Contractor, Or Legal Regulations Require Such Documents To Be Used By The Ordering Party (As A User). 3. The Scope Of This Order (Supplies) Also Includes Additional Services Requiring Performance On The Part Of The Contractor As Part Of The Implementation Of The Order Agreement, At The Stage After The Equipment Has Been Delivered To The Ordering Party, Such As Removing Defects And Providing Other Services To The Ordering Party In Connection With The Warranty Granted For The Offered And Delivered Equipment. In A Full And Detailed Manner, The Services Included In Section 2 And 3 Above, The Scope Of Delivery Constituting The Subject Of This Order, As Well As Other Conditions Of Its Implementation - Contain The Provisions Of The Swz, In Particular The Contract Template.
