Sanitary Fixture Installation Work – New Sports Hall In Melle / Sanitary Technology According To Din 18381. The Osnabrück District Intends To Build A New 3-Field Sports Hall With A Grandstand For Up To 199 People In Melle, Including An Additional Course Room And A Spacious Foyer. The Melle Sports Hall Is A Building With A Divisible 3-Field Hall With A Hall Area Of Around 27 X 46 M And A 1- Or 2-Storey Building In Front. The Building Does Not Have A Basement. On The Ground Floor Are The Hall Level, The Associated Changing Rooms And Equipment Rooms As Well As The Open Entrance Foyer, Course Rooms And Other Ancillary Areas. The Upper Floor Essentially Houses Additional Foyer Areas, Stands, Side Rooms And The Technical Center. The Entire Building Is Constructed As A Solid Reinforced Concrete Or Reinforced Concrete Skeleton Structure, In A Combination Of In-Situ Concrete And Prefabricated Parts, Some Of Which Are Designed As Sandwich Elements In The Ground Floor Area. The External Facade Design Is Divided Into A Solid, Closed Base With Exposed Concrete Prefabricated Parts And An Upper Facade, Which Is Constructed As A Curtain Facade, Consisting Of Different Colored, Vertically Arranged Ceramic Elements. The Roof Of The Sports Hall Consists Of A Prestressed Concrete Truss Structure And A Supporting Shell Made Of Trapezoidal Sheet Metal. The Roof Is Designed As An Extensive Green Roof With Pv Systems. The Trusses Have A Standard Length Of Around 37M And Rest On Appropriate Reinforced Concrete Supports. The Roof Surfaces Of The Buildings In Front Are Made Of Solid Reinforced Concrete, Also With An Extensive Green Roof, But Without Pv Modules. The Entire Building Is Founded Using Bored Piles (Full Displacement Concrete Piles To Improve The Subsoil) And Pile Cap Beams. The Reinforced Concrete Base Slab Is Designed As A Self-Supporting Slab Using Waterproof Construction. The Substructure Is Formed With A Gravel Base Layer, Cleanliness Layer And Perimeter Insulation. The Building Is Located In A Flood Protection Area. The Relevant Approvals For This Have Already Been Obtained. Flood Protection Measures Are Essentially Taken Through Adapted Open Space Planning. The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is The Sanitary Engineering Work Required For The Construction Project. The Execution Period Of The Construction Work To Be Awarded Is - At The Start Of This Award Procedure - Planned From The End Of June 2026 To The End Of May 2027.
