X-Ray Therapy Devices – Therapeutic X-Ray Device For Orthovoltage Therapy. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 1 Piece Of Therapeutic X-Ray Device For Orthovoltage Therapy For The Needs Of The J. A. Reiman Prešov Faculty Hospital And Polyclinic. The Subject Of The Order Must Be New, Unused And Unrefurbished, In Perfect Condition And Must Meet All The Requirements Of The Current Legislation Of The Slovak Republic For The Purposes Of Use In A Medical Facility. An Integral Part Of The Contract Is The Transport Of The Subject Of The Contract To The Agreed Place Of Delivery, Unloading At The Place Of Delivery, Unpacking And Disposal Of Packaging, Completion, Installation And Putting The Subject Of The Contract Into Operation, Including Necessary Construction Modifications Directly Related To The Installation And Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Contract, Consisting Mainly, But Not Exclusively, Of The Modification And Adaptation Of Electrical Installation Distributions And The Requirements Arising From Annex No. 1 Of The Purchase Contract, Testing The Functionality And Operability Of The Subject Of The Contract, Handing Over The Written Documents Necessary For The Acquisition Of Ownership Rights To The Subject Of The Contract, Providing User Documentation For The Subject Of The Contract, Putting The Subject Of The Contract Into Operation (Installation) With The Issuance Of An Installation Certificate, Training The Staff Of The Public Contracting Authority On The Correct Use Of The Subject Of The Contract With The Issuance Of A Training Certificate Containing A List Of The Names Of Trained Public Personnel The Contracting Authority, As Well As The Provision Or Provision Of Warranty Repairs In The Event Of Defects In The Subject Of The Contract During The Warranty Period, Including Regular Safety And Electrical Inspections According To The Manufacturers Recommendations And Valid Sr Legislation Throughout The Warranty Period. If, For The Orderly And Trouble-Free Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Performance Of Official Controls Or Measurements Is Required By Law, The Contract Also Includes Issuing Or Ensuring The Issuance Of Confirmations Of The Performance Of These Legally Required Controls And Measurements. If Software Drivers And Licenses For Them Are Required For Putting The Subject Of The Contract Into Operation And Its Proper Use, The Provision Of These Software Drivers And The Granting Of All Licenses To Them To The Extent Necessary For The Proper, Undisturbed And Unrestricted Use Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Its Software Components And Accessories, Are Also Part Of The Contract. All Written Documents Must Be Drawn Up In Slovak Or Czech.
