Accounting And Auditing Services - Assignment Of The Service And Related Activities Aimed At Expressing The Opinion Referred To In Article 12, Paragraph 2, Of Regulation (Eu) 2021/2116, For The Financial Years 2027, 2028 And 2029 And Related Activities For The Closure Of The 2023-2027 Programming. The Tender In Question Is Part Of The Financing, Management And Control System Of The Common Agricultural Policy And Is Governed By Regulation (Eu) 2021/2116 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council, Laying Down Provisions On The Financing, Management And Monitoring Of The Cap. In Particular, Article 12 Of The Aforementioned Regulation Provides That Each Member State Designates An Independent Certification Body Responsible For Verifying The Reliability Of The Paying Agencies Accounts And The Correct Functioning Of The Management And Control Systems Connected To The Expenditure Financed By The Eagf And Eafrd Funds. Paragraph 2 Of The Same Article Establishes That The Selection Of The Certification Body Must Take Place In Compliance With European Union Legislation On Public Procurement And That The European Commission Expresses A Specific Opinion Regarding The Conformity Of The Selection Procedure And The Possession, By The Identified Body, Of The Requirements Of Independence, Professional Competence And Technical Capacity
