Operated Entirely On The Suppliers Infrastructure, Using Certified Hsm (Hardware Security Module) Of The Suppliers Equipment, Located At The Suppliers Premises And Managed By A Qualified Provider Of This Service. The Service Includes Issuing Qualified Electronic Time Stamps. Part Of This Is Ensuring Compliance With Legislation (Eidas 2.0, Act On Cyber ​​Security, Act On Critical Infrastructure), Security Measures, Managing Cryptographic Means And Ensuring Guaranteed Service Availability For The City Hall Of The City Of Prague, City Districts And Organizations Established By The City. Fulfillment Mainly Includes: 1. Provision Of A Qualified Electronic Sealing Service In Saas Mode • Delivery Of An Electronic Sealing Service In The Suppliers Environment. • Ensuring High Service Availability, 24/7 Operation Including Monitoring And Incident Detection. • Providing The Service Through A Secure Api For Integration With Ip Mhmp. 2. Cryptographic Services And Key Management In The Suppliers Environment • Ensuring Qualified Sealing In Accordance With Eidas 2.0. • Generation, Management And Storage Of Private Keys In The Hsm Operated By The Supplier, Including Records And Audit Records. • Life Cycle Management Of Certificates (Issuance, Rotation, Automatic Renewal). • Ensuring The Availability Of Logs Of Key Generation And Cryptographic Operations. 3. Provision Of Qualified Electronic Time Stamps • Issuance Of Qualified Electronic Time Stamps For The Needs Of The Principal. 4.
