Platforms Lighting – Cross-Sectional Market - Studies And Supplies Of A Range Of Ln Type Linear Lighting Fixtures And Their Accessories For Metro, Rer And Tramway Spaces. This Notice Aims To Renew An Existing Range Of So-Called Ln Linear Luminaires With Interchangeable Plate Type Light Sources With Led Modules And Their Accessories (Including Technical Modules). The Contract Includes The Carrying Out Of Industrial Studies, Then The Supply Of Corresponding Equipment, In Existing Or Advanced Configuration. This Equipment Is Intended For Lighting Spaces In Metro Stations, Rer Stations And Tram Stops. The Contract Holder Will Be Responsible For Carrying Out: • Industrial Studies And Associated Execution Documents; • The Development And Manufacturing Of Prototypes And First Series; • The Supply Of Technical Documents: Certificates Of Conformity, Industrial Plans, Calculation Notes, Photometric Files, Technical Instructions And Sheets, Maintenance And Installation Instructions, Environmental Sheets And Quality Assurance Plan; • Industrial Manufacturing And Supply Of Products From The Ln Range The Elements Of The Ln Range And All Supplies Must Comply With The Rules Of The Art And Satisfy The Decrees, Orders, Standards, National And European Regulations As Well As The Specific Ratp Documents In Force On The Date Of Signature Of The Contract. In The Event Of Discrepancies Or Discrepancies Between The Requirements, The Most Restrictive Will Be Retained. The Contract Will Be A Mixed Tranche Contract Comprising A Firm Tranche And Four Optional Tranches In The Form Of A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders With Minimum And Maximum Amount. The Four Optional Tranches Are Not Cumulative, They Correspond To The Four New Functionalities Requested In The Csft. At The End Of The Design Studies Which Will Be Carried Out For These Four Functionalities As Part Of The Firm Phase, Ratp Will Only Retain One Of Them For Development And Industrialization And Will Strengthen The Corresponding Optional Phase. The Minimum And Maximum Amounts Of The Four Optional Tranches Are Defined In Amounts Only And In Fact, The Quantities Allowing These Amounts To Be Reached May Be Different From Those Specified In The Price Framework. The Achievement Of The Minimum And Maximum Amounts Is Assessed By Comparing The Amounts Mentioned In Article 5.1.3, With The Sum Of The Ols Issued Including The Price Revision.
