Tender for Sc Division: Btnr-Lpi -Tlpr-Rcpt- Maintenance Of Yard Surroundings By Rag Picking Of 9 Mmts Stations(Btnr - Brbd - Htcy - Hfz-Cdnr-Lpi-Tlpr-Bhel-Rcpt) For Two Years Under Sr.Den/West/Sc Section , - Clearing Of Tracks Including Cess/Slopes Etc. Up To Railway Boundary On Either Side Along The Track Running Metre By Removing / Picking Up All Muck, Garbage, Plastic & Paper Waste Strewn And Other Materials Such As Glass / Plastic Water Bottles, Tea Cups, Plastic Cover Bags, Dead Animals, Grass Etc. And Disposing The Same Away From The Railway Limit Without Disturbing The Cess, Ballast, Track & Track Fittings Etc. With All Contractors Materials, Labour, Transportation, Tools & Plants, Lead & Lift, Consumables, Loading & Unloading Etc. With All Contractors Own Safety, Risk And Cost Of All Labour Working In The Running Track And As Per The Instructions Of Engineer-In-Charge For A Area Conditions: A) The Track Should Be Kept Clean. B) The Clearing Work Should Be Done Under Running Condition Of Trains . No Block Will Be Provided By The Railways. C) Before Commencement Of The Work, The Staff Should Report To The Concerned Section Engineer I.E Sse/P.Way Or Sse/Works And Take Permission / Endorsement In Daily Field Books D) While On Duty Proper Authority Letter / Indent Card Should Be Carry To Avoid Complication During Inspection By The Higher Officials E) No Track Materials Should Be Removed / Carried From The Track. F) Safety Of The Men Who Working On The Track And Surrounds Rest With Contractors. No Compensation Will Be Made By The Railway To The Staff Who Met With An Accidents During Work.
