Prisoner-Transport Vehicles – Delivery Of 1 Prisoner Transport Vehicle (Legtw) - Expansion Variant 1 / Cabin - For The Volkstedt Jva. The Subject Of The Service Is The Production And Supply Of 1 Light Prisoner Transport Vehicle (Legtw) To The Volkstedt Correctional Facility. The Prisoner Transport Vehicle Should Offer Seating For 1 Driver, 1 Passenger/Transport Manager, A Maximum Of 2 Companions And 4 Prisoners In 1 Transport Cabin. The Basic Vehicle Described In Appendix Part B - Description Of Services (Point Iv.) Must Be Appropriately Expanded And Converted For Use As A Prisoner Transport Vehicle In Accordance With The Criteria Stated Under Points V+Vi. The Client Attaches Great Importance To A Safety-Oriented And At The Same Time High-Quality Expansion. The Contract To Be Concluded Is Concluded Between The Successful Bidder And The Volkstedt Correctional Facility As The Client. Upon Acceptance Of The Contract, A Contract For The Supply Of Work Will Be Concluded Between The Volkstedt Correctional Facility And The Contractor. After The Contract Has Been Awarded, The Client And Contractor Agree On The Installation Of The Justice-Specific And Communication Technology Components As Part Of An Expansion Meeting (Expansion Meeting Must Be Held In Germany, The Official Language Is German). The Vehicle Must Be In A Registrable Condition Upon Delivery And Must Comply With The Required Regulations, E.G. Ec/Ece, Stvzo, Uw, Fire Protection, Environmental Protection (Cfc/Asbestos-Free), Etc. Any Special Permits Required For Approval Must Be Obtained From The Manufacturer. Delivery Must Take Place By November 30, 2026 At The Customers Place Of Performance (Jva Volkstedt, Am Sandberg 11, 06295 Volkstedt). ---
