Wheeled Loaders - Purchase 1 Pcs Skid Loader Including Accessories. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of The Following Items: 1 Pc: - A New Skid Steer Loader For Loading Loose Materials, - A Shovel, - A Work Broom With Collection Into A Work Bucket, - A Milling Cutter For Asphalt Surfaces, (Hereinafter Referred To As The Purchase Item Or Machine), Which Corresponds To The Technical Specification According To Annex No. 3 Of The Procurement Documentation (Technical Specification And Evaluation Table) And The Requirements According To The Annex No. 2 Of The Procurement Documentation (Binding Contract Proposal). For The Avoidance Of Doubt, The Contracting Authority Expressly States That, In Accordance With The Binding Draft Of The Contract, The Performance Also Includes (I) Provision Of Warranty Service, Regular Warranty Service Inspections (Warranty Service) And Routine Service For The Purchase Item To The Buyer, Within The Scope And Under The Conditions Further Specified In The Contract, (Ii) Delivery Of All Documentation And Manuals, Mandatory Equipment For The Machine, (Iii) Training Of Machine Users (At Least 2 People Specified By The Client) And (Iv) In The Case Of Accessories, The Subject Of Performance Is Also Mounting On The Loader And Testing. All Service Interventions On The Machine During The Warranty Period Will Be Carried Out Within The Maximum Reaction Time Specified In Article 7.11 Of The Binding Draft Of The Contract, Namely At The Current Location Of The Machine At Centers Or Landfills Located In The Territory Of The Liberec Region. The Client States That The Machine Must Be Equipped And Modified For Operation On Roads According To The Applicable Legislation Of The Czech Republic. See Zd For More.
