The Ordering Party Understands The Concept Of A Radio System For Identifying The Product Range As A System Which, Based On The Tags Provided By The Contractor, Enables Reading The Product Range Owned By The Ordering Party. Each Tagged Product Must Be Read In The Bag, Regardless Of Whether The Products Are Placed On Top In The Bag Or Whether They Are Covered By Other Products On The Bottom. The System Must Operate In The Presence Of Metal And Liquid. It Must Operate At A Frequency Of Min. 800 Mhz, Read Tags At A Distance Of Min. 10 Meters And Read A Larger Amount Of Products At The Same Time. Laundry Assortment Available To The Ordering Party: 1) Tagged: Hospital Linen - Duvet Covers, Pillowcases, Sheets, Sleepers, Surgical Clothing, Reusable Barrier Clothing, Screen Curtains, Pajamas, Blankets, Quilts, Pillows, Sponges, Mops, Tablecloths, Surgical Caps, Mattresses; 2) Untagged: Rehabilitation Equipment - Stabilizers, Orthoses And Granules, Fleece Sweatshirts, T-Shirts, Albs, Towels, Slings, Cloths, Blinds, Tailored Clothing, Technicians Clothing, Aprons. The Amount Of Dry Laundry During The Order Fulfillment Period Is - 250,884 Kg. The Estimated Amount Of Dry Laundry Owned By The Ordering Party Over A Period Of 36 Months Is - 23,184 Kg. The Estimated Monthly Amount Of Dry Laundry Owned By The Ordering Party Is - Approx. 644 Kg, Including Approx. 20 Pieces Of Mattresses. The Estimated Amount Of Dry Laundry Rented From The Contractor Over A Period Of 36 Months Is - 227,700 Kg. The Estimated Monthly Amount Of Dry Laundry Rented From The Contractor Is Approximately 6,325 Kg. In Order To Ensure That The Service Offered Will Meet High Standards, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To: 1) Perform The Service In A Laundry That Has A Quality Management System Implemented And Certified By An Accredited Body For The Provision Of Laundry And Disinfection Services, Taking Into Account Monitoring Requirements; 2) Had Implemented A Certified Risk Analysis And Biological Contamination Control System Rabc Pn-En 14065:2016 Or Equivalent. The Term Equivalent Is Understood By The Ordering Party As A System That Determines The Risk Of Microbiological Contamination In Laundries, Measurement Systems, Determines Critical Control Points, Target/Minimum/Contamination Values, Monitoring Method And Preparation And Maintenance Of Appropriate Documentation In The Field Of Quality Management, With Particular Emphasis On Maintaining Hygiene; 3) Performed The Service In Accordance With Applicable Law And Other Regulations, In Particular Those Specified In Section 5.2.3. Swz. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1. Implementation Of The Service Of A Radio System For Product Identification: 2. Equipping The Ordering Party At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor With The Devices Specified In Section 5.2.4. Point 2 Of Swz 3. Tagging The Laundry Assortment Owned By The Ordering Party In The Amount Of 8,510 Pieces As Of The Date Of Initiation Of The Proceedings And Supplementing The Missing Tags During The Term Of The Contract. 4. Rental Of Tagged Assortment. 5. Receipt And Loading Of Dirty Goods
