Within The Universitat Oberta De Catalunya (Hereinafter, The Uoc), The Technology Area Has The Mission Of Providing All University Workers With Adequate Support In The Use Of The Computer Tools And Applications That The Uoc Itself Makes Available To Workers So That They Can Carry Out Their Work Within The Uoc. For This Reason, It Requires Offering An Agile And Quality User Support Service. The User Service Of The Technology Area Has The Mission Of Establishing The Systemic Bases To Manage In An Appropriate, Agile And Effective Manner The Queries, Incidents And Requests Received By Uoc Workers That Refer To The Systems And Applications That Are The Responsibility Of This Area, Promoting Personalized Support In Diverse Realities. Additionally, The File Has Justified The Insufficiency Of Its Own Resources For The Satisfactory Completion Of The Object Of The Contract.
