Forestry Services – Dns - Mining Activity Without Harvestor Technology 2031. The Subject Of The Procurement Procedure Is The Introduction Of A Dynamic Purchasing System (Hereinafter Referred To As Dns) For Awarding Public Contracts For Services Related To Wood Production Without The Use Of Harvester Technology, I.E. Wood Production In State-Owned Forest Stands Managed By The Contracting Authority, Which Is Vojenské Lesy A Estatek Čr, S.P. In Accordance With § 140 Of The Act, The Contracting Authority Shall Include In The Dns A Supplier Who Submits An Application For Participation In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act And The Contracting Authority And Thus Fulfills The Conditions For Inclusion In The Dns. After The Introduction Of The Dns, The Contracting Authority Will Award Public Contracts In The Dns In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 141 Of The Act. When Implementing Dns And Awarding Public Contracts In Dns, The Contracting Authority And The Supplier Use Exclusively Electronic Means.
