Type Of Order: Service. The Subject Of The Order Is: Service In The Field Of Training In First-Cycle And Second-Cycle Academic Tutoring For Teaching Staff And Peer Tutoring For Representatives Of The Student And Doctoral Structures Of The Wrocław University Of Environmental And Life Sciences, For The Implementation Of The Project Comprehensive Accessibility Ecosystem At The Wrocław University Of Environmental And Life Sciences - Contract No. Fers.03.01-Ip.08-0165/24-00 – Task No. 8. Organizing And Conducting Training For 45 People – 3 Groups With An Average Of 15 People In Each Group – A Total Of 144 Teaching Hours (1 Teaching Hour Means 45 Minutes). The Service Includes The Following Training: 1. First-Cycle Academic Tutoring – 64 Teaching Hours (8 Training Days),2. Second-Cycle Academic Tutoring – 48 Teaching Hours (6 Training Days),3. Peer Tutoring - 32 Teaching Hours (4 Training Days). The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Conducting Training Based On The Assumptions Provided By The Ordering Party, Including: Providing The Training Program Before The Start Of Classes, Developing And Providing Teaching Materials, Conducting A Test To Assess The Improvement Of Substantive Knowledge - Pre And Post Test, Preparing And Providing All Training Participants With Personal Certificates/Certificates Of Training Completion, Including Conducting An Exam, If Required, Issuing A Training Completion Certificate. Detailed Description Of The Subject The Order, Its Scope And Implementation Conditions Are Specified In The Draft Contractual Provisions (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu) - Annex No. 5 To The Swz The Aim Of The Training Is To Improve The Teaching Competences Of Employees Who Are Academic Teachers Of The University Of Environmental Protection In The Field Of Design, Preparation, Implementation, Evaluation And Validation Of Teaching Classes Using The Academic Tutoring Methodology And To Improve The Competences Of Representatives Of Student And Doctoral Structures In The Field Of Peer Tutoring And Supporting People With Special Needs At The University Of Environmental Protection. Training Are Held In Polish. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Set And Provide The Contractor With The Final Date Of The Training (Day, Month, Year) Within Four Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Along With Indicating The Place Of Training. The Training Will Take Place On-Site In The Rooms Of The Ordering Party, I.E. The University Of Environmental And Life Sciences In Wrocław, In Places Accessible To People With Special Needs. In Justified Cases, The Subject Of The Order May Be Completed In Whole Or In Part Remotely, In Real Time, Online. In The Case Of Online Training, It Is Also Necessary To Take Into Account The Special Needs Of The Participants. If The Training Requires It, The Ordering Party Will Provide Equipment (Computer, Projector, Etc.) And Software/Licenses Necessary To Conduct The Training On-Site.
