Kozielska 1A - Modernization Of The Fence - Construction Works, Which Consists Of 1) Construction Works, In Particular: A) Demolition And Construction (Reconstruction) Of A Retaining Wall With The Function Of A Fence Along With The Reconstruction Of Field Stairs At Ul. Kozielska 1A And Reconstruction Of Paving Stones On The Section From The Field Stairs To The Entrance To The Building From Ul. Kozielska, B) Obtaining An Ornithological And Chiropterological Opinion Before Felling Four Blue Spruce Trees On The Plot No. 1688, Nowe Miasto District. 1461, Old Town Area, Specified In The Map Appendix Attached To The Design Documentation. Compensatory Plantings Along With Accompanying Works And Activities Necessary To Carry Out The Construction Works Described In This Contract, 2) Obtaining A Decision On The Occupancy Permit, Reporting The Completion Of Construction Works/Construction To The Construction Supervision Authority (If Necessary), 3) Preparing Complete As-Built Documentation. Kozielska 1A - Modernization Of The Fence - Design Documentation And Decision No. Decision No. Ab-41/2024 Of January 24, 2024 On The Construction Permit Constituting An Annex To The Specifications Of The Terms Of The Contract, With The Ordering Party Introducing The Following Changes: A) The Scope Of Renovation Of The Fence In Section A-B Near The Norway Maple Tree Is Changed.
