1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Central Heating Installation In The Municipal Office Building, Which Will Consist In: - Separating A Boiler Room From The Existing Room, A Boiler Room With A Smaller Area, - Replacing The Existing Gas Boiler With A Gas Boiler With Higher Efficiency, - Replacing The Entire Central Heating Installation In Part Of The Municipal Office Building (The Replacement Of The Central Heating Installation Does Not Include The Rooms Occupied By The Municipal Social Welfare Center), - Construction Of Water, Sanitary Sewage And Electrical Installations, - Expansion Internal Gas Installation, Including The Installation Of A Gas Cabinet With A Gas Detection Valve, On The External Wall Of The Building, Above The Cabinet With The Gas Meter. Note: Construction Works Will Be Performed In An Active Facility And The Method Of Their Conduct Must Enable Normal Functioning Of The Facility During The Works. The Contractor Undertakes To Organize Them In Such A Way As Not To Expose Employees And Clients Of The Office To Danger And Inconvenience Resulting From The Works Carried Out. Particular Care Is Required When Carrying Out Work, In Particular Ensuring Appropriate Protection And Shielding, And Keeping The Construction Site In Good Order. Due To The Above, The Contractor Must Include The Costs Of Securing The Works Performed In The Offer Price. Demolition And Dusting Works Should Be Planned After The Offices Opening Hours (I.E. Monday From 4:00 P.M. To 8:00 P.M., Tuesday-Friday, From 3:30 P.M. To 8:00 P.M.). The Ordering Party May Consent To Carrying Out Construction Works On Saturdays. If The Contractor Intends To Perform Work On Saturdays, He Is Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party At Least Two Days In Advance Of Such Intention And Obtain The Ordering Partys Consent.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Bills Of Quantities, Bid Cost Estimates, Technical Documentation And Detailed Technical Specification Constituting Annexes To The Specifications Of The Terms Of The Order.
