The Detailed Scope, Requirements And Conditions For The Performance Of The Works Covered By The Subject Order Are Specified In The Construction And Technical Designs, Bills Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Constitute Annexes To This Swz. The Contractors Obligations Under The Task And The Offer Price Include: 1) Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Construction Practice And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Standards And Legal Provisions. Construction, On The Terms And Conditions Set Out In This Contract And With Due Care And Within The Contractual Deadlines;2) The Contractor Is Responsible For Full Control Of The Works And The Quality Of The Incorporated Materials. The Contractor Will Provide An Appropriate Control System, Including Staff, Laboratory, Equipment, Supplies And All Devices Necessary For Sampling And Testing Of Materials And Works;3) Submitting, Before Signing The Contract, A Copy Of The Construction Managers Qualifications In The Construction Specialty Or The Corresponding Equivalent Construction Permissions Issued Under Previously Applicable Regulations, And In The Case Of Contractors Foreign - Construction Authorizations To Manage Equivalent To Those Indicated Above.
