Part No. 1. Modernization Of The Heat Source.1.1. The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Disassembly Of Existing Heat Sources, 2) Installation Of A Heat Pump In The Technical Room On The Ground Floor Of The Building, 3) Drilling Of 10 Vertical Wells With A Depth Of 100 M Each, 4) Construction Of A Distribution Well And Connection To The Building, 5) Installation Of A New Central Heating System For The Building - Installation Of Underfloor Heating, 6) Connection Of The Heat Pump To The Central Heating System, 7) Modernization Of The Hydraulic System And Automation, 8) Modernization Of The Hot Water Installation, 9) Installation Of The Installation Photovoltaic.1.2. The Contractors Costs Also Include: 1) Preparation Of A Safety And Health Protection Plan, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law; 2) Preparation Of Geodetic And As-Built Documentation, 3) Providing Its Own Geodetic Services During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract; 4) Preparation And Agreement With The Competent Authority Of The Geological Works Project. 5) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation For A Photovoltaic Installation For Fire Protection Acceptance.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Part No. 1 Is Specified In The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities - Constituting Attachments To Swz.2.1. The Contractor Should Familiarize Himself With The Entire Project And Stwiorb So That During Implementation There Are No Discrepancies Regarding The Construction Of The Facility Itself In Terms Of Quality, Quantity, Adopted Technical Solutions And The Value Of The Entire Investment Specified In The Offer. The Contractor Should Familiarize Himself With The Facility And Familiarize Himself With The Issues Of The Task Before Submitting An Offer. Any Doubts, Even If They Would Have Financial Consequences, Should Be Implemented By The Contractor At The Cost Established In The Agreement.
