1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of An Internal Gas Installation And Internal Central Heating Installations. Based On Dual-Function Gas Boilers In Apartments No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 Of A Multi-Family Residential Building At Ul. Warszawska 13 In Częstochowa.2. The Scope Of Work Is Consistent With The Construction Design.3. The Scope Of Implementation That Covers The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, The Technical Specification Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz And The Construction Design Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. In The Offer Price, The Contractor Must Include All Costs Necessary To Complete The Order, Resulting Directly From The Swz, As Well As Those Not Included Therein And Without Which The Order Cannot Be Performed. 4. The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz Is Only Auxiliary Material. Even If The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Include The Entire Scope Of Works, The Works Must Be Valued And Performed In Accordance With: - Construction Design, - Stwiorb And Applicable Technical Regulations, - Technical Knowledge, - Provisions In This Swz. Therefore, Before Commencing The Proceedings, The Contractor May Carry Out A Local Inspection Of The Places Where The Works Will Be Performed. Carrying Out A Site Visit Is Not Obligatory. The Offer Of A Contractor Who Does Not Carry Out An On-Site Inspection Will Not Be Rejected. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Check The Documents Necessary To Complete The Order, Referred To In Art. 131 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law.5.
