1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Medium-Sized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A 4X4 Drive For The Volunteer Fire Department In Oszczelina Dobrze.2. The Scope Of The Investment Task Is Limited To The Purchase Of A Used Vehicle For The Volunteer Fire Brigade Unit In Oszczelina Drugi, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In This Swz.3. A Medium-Sized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle Should Be Equipped With, Among Others: 1) Engine Type: Four-Stroke, In-Line, Turbocharged, With An Intercooler; 2) Displacement: Not Less Than 6100 Cm³; 3) Maximum Power: Not Less Than 150 Kw At 2,300 Rpm; 4) Transmission Type: Manual; 5) Number Of Forward Gears: 6 Gears, 6) Number Of Reverse Gears: 1 Reverse Gear; 7) The Year Of Production Of The Vehicle Chassis And Fire Protection Superstructure Cannot Be Earlier Than 2001; 8) The Vehicle Chassis Must Have Drive On All Axles In A 4X4 System; 9) The Total Mileage Of The Vehicle Cannot Exceed 30,000 Km. 10) The Total Operating Time Of The Vehicle (Calculated In Engine Hours, Mth) May Not Exceed 2,500 Engine Hours. 4. The Vehicle Must Have Full Documentation Necessary For Its Registration In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, Including In Particular: Registration Certificate; Current Certificate Of Positive Result Of Technical Inspection (Technical Inspection); A Valid Technical Opinion On The Date Of Submission Of The Offer Authorizing The Use Of The Vehicle In Fire Protection Units, Issued By The Scientific And Research Center For Fire Protection - National Research Institute (Cnbop-Pib). Note: A Copy Of The Technical Opinion Issued By Cnbop-Pib Should Be Attached To The Offer Documentation. 5. It Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations, Including The Requirements For Emergency Vehicles, In Accordance With The Act Of June 20, 1997 Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended), Along With Implementing Regulations. 6. Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of June 20, 2007 On The List Of Products Intended To Ensure The Principles Of Public Safety Or The Protection Of Health, Life And Property, As Well As The Rules For Issuing Approvals For These Products For Use (Journal Of Laws No. 143, Item 1002, Of 2010, Item 553, Of 2018, Item 984, And 2022, Item 2282) 7. Regulation Of The Ministers Of Interior, National Defense, Finance And Justice Of March 22, 2019 On The Technical Conditions Of Special Vehicles And Vehicles Used For Special Purposes Of The Police, Internal Security Agency, Foreign Intelligence Agency, Military Counterintelligence Service, Military Intelligence Service, Central Anticorruption Bureau, Border Guard, Fiscal Control, Customs, Prison Service And Fire Brigade (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 594). 8. The Car Must Be Marked With The Operational Numbers Of The State Fire Service In Accordance With Order No. 1 Of The Commander-In-Chief Of The State Fire Service Of January 24, 2020
