Scope Of Works To Be Performed: The Subject Of The Task Is Renovation Works Including Replacement Of Equipment (Balustrades, Bearings) And The Surface Of The Footbridge And The Elements Of The Ramp Leading To Traffic. Additionally, Repairs (Foundations, Bridge Structure) And Reconstruction Of Anti-Corrosion Protection Of The Facilitys Structural Elements (Steel Grating) Are Planned. And Also The Construction Of Foundations For The Footbridge Ramps. Technical Parameters: - Total Length Of The Facility (Without Ramps) 13.10 M - Total Width Of The Span: 3.00 M - Pedestrian Path On The Facility: 1.74 M (Applies To One Of The Two Bridges) The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Consistent With The Design Documentation Entitled Renovation Of Two Pedestrian Footbridges In The Maltzanów Park In Milicz - Footbridge No. 1, To Be Implemented On Plot No. 27/4, Am30, Milicz District And Renovation Of Two Pedestrian Footbridges In The Maltzanów Park In Milicz - Footbridge No. 2 To Be Implemented On Plots No. 27/3, 27/4, 27/5, Am30, Milicz District Developed By Jr Projekt-Nadzór, Ul. Małopolna 20/2, 56-400 Oleśnica. The Task Is Carried Out Based On The Building Permit Decision No. 245/2024 Of October 17, 2024. And Decision No. 246/2024 Of October 17, 2024. The Above-Mentioned Documentation Is An Integral Element Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Used By The Bidders To Determine The Scope Of Works And The Amount Of The Lump-Sum Remuneration And Constitutes Annex No. 12 To The Specification. Note: The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of An Offer Cost Estimate Along With The Offer (Appendix No. 1A). Due To The Lump Sum Remuneration Adopted, This Cost Estimate Will Only Be An Auxiliary And Informational Document.
