The Subject Of The Order Is The Repair Of The Surface And Insulation On The Bridge. The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Repair Of The Entire Surface With Bubbles. 2) Replacement Of Leaked Apparent Expansion Joints. 3) Repair Of Local Damage To The Surface In The Vicinity Of The Lamppost. 4) Repair Of Cracked Concrete Areas. The Works Indicated In Point 4) Will Be Commissioned On The Basis Of Option Law Within The Meaning Of Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Scope And Order Of Their Implementation Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Notify The Contractor In Writing About The Exercise Of The Option Right And Its Scope, Successively During The Performance Of The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order. Settlement For The Works Covered By The Option Right Will Be Based On The Number Of Works Actually Performed.3.
