Part 1: Task 1: Reconstruction Of The Water Treatment Plant In Katythe Scope Of The Task Involves The General Replacement Of Existing Technological Installations In The Existing Water Treatment Plant In Katy Along With The Renovation Of The Technological Building. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: • Renovation Of The Technological Building Of The Water Treatment Plant, • Delivery And Assembly Of A Steel, Cylindrical Clean Water Tank With A Capacity Of Approx. 150 M³ Along With The Necessary Equipment (Piping, Manholes, Spigots, Ladders, Service Platform, Insulation), • Execution Of Moisture-Proof Insulation And Works Related To The Foundation Of The Tank, • Carrying Out Tightness Tests Of The Tank, Including Filling And Emptying It, • Carrying Out Earthworks And Backfilling, • Making A Band Around The Tank (Base, Aggregate Surfaces, Concrete Rims), • Carrying Out Accompanying And Auxiliary Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment. • Disassembly Of Existing Devices, Fittings And Pipelines In Wells And The Suw Building, • Delivery And Installation Of New Technological Equipment, Including Pumps, Aerator, Filters And Dosing Installations, • Construction And Replenishment Of Filter Beds, • Assembly Of Pipelines, Fittings And Technological Installations, • Testing, Commissioning And Commissioning Of The Installation. • Construction Of External Cable Lines, Including Earthworks, Laying Cables And Measurements, • Lighting Of The Suw Area (Poles, Fixtures, Cabling),• Installation Of External Technological Installations, Including Cabinets, Sensors And Measuring Systems,• Delivery And Assembly Of Switchgears And Implementation Of An Automation System (Plc, Scada, Dispatchers Station),• Implementation Of Internal Electrical Installations In The Suw Building (Ducts, Cabling, Power Supply For Devices),• Carrying Out Measurements, Tests And Commissioning Of The Installation.• Demolition Of The Existing Gravel Surface Along With The Removal Of Material,• Construction Of The Substructure, Curbs And Paving Stones Concrete Paving, • Profiling And Compaction Of The Subsoil, • Earthworks For Road Elements, • Development Of Green Areas, Including Preparation Of The Subfloor And Construction Of Lawns. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Applicable Standards, Construction Law Provisions And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. The Order Includes Comprehensive Execution Of Works, Including Restoration Of The Area To Its Original Condition And Ensuring The Continuity Of Operation Of The Water Treatment Plant In Katy During The Implementation Of The Works.
