The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion Of Szkolna Street In Czekanów, Consisting Of The Construction Of A Road, Exits, Sidewalks And Drainage. Section Length: 267.00 M. The Scope Of The Expansion Of Szkolna Street Will Include The Installation Of Concrete Curbs 15X30cm And Inrun Curbs 15X22cm, And Then The Construction Of A Bituminous Road Surface 6.0 M Wide. In Two Places Where Pedestrian Crossings Will Be Located, The Road Surfaces Will Be Raised By +6 Cm, Made Of Concrete Paving Stones With A Width Of 5.0 M And 6.0 M. In The Initial And Final Sections, The Designed Road Will Be Connected To The Existing Bituminous Surfaces, I.E. Mostowa And Kaliska Streets And Krańcowa Streets. Sidewalks And Entrances To The Property Will Be Made Of Concrete Paving Stones Along The Left Edge. On The Right Side, A Wider Sidewalk With A Reinforced Structure Is Planned To Enable Parking Of Vehicles Along The Length Of The Kindergarten. A 1.5 M Wide Hardened Shoulder Was Designed Along The Length Of The Existing Roadside Ditch, Allowing Water To Flow Freely From The Road Surface. The Task Includes The Following Works: - Earthworks, Demolition Works, - Canal Renovation, - Orange Protective Pipes, - Curbs, - Bituminous Road, - Paving Stone Sidewalk, - Exits, - Regulation Of Devices, - Shoulders, Greenery, - Road Marking, - Industry Works - Construction Of Lighting For Crossings Pedestrians, - Industrial Works - Removal Of Low-Voltage Collisions - Reconstruction Of The Low-Voltage Cable Line - Geodetic And As-Built Inventory Of All Works. The Detailed Scope And Type Of Works To Be Performed As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Are Presented In: 1) Design Documentation, 2) Detailed Technical Specifications, 3) Offer Cost Estimates/Bills Of Quantities. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Waste Generated In The Course Of His Own Works And For The Proper Manner Of Dealing With It, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) And The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733). Construction Waste Is Transported At The Contractors Expense. Note: The Design Documentation May Indicate Trademarks Or Origin For Some Materials And Devices. The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers, And All Goods Specified In The Documentation, From Specific Producers, Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party.
