A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program And The Energy Audit, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of A Design For Construction Works And Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 2) Performance Of Works In The Field Of Thermal Modernization Of The Existing Building Of The Volunteer Fire Department In Raduczyce, Consisting Of: - Insulating The Ceiling Under The Unheated Attic, - Insulating External Walls Not Insulated Using The Etics Method, - Additional Insulating The Walls In The Western And Partially Northern Façade Using The Etics Method, - Insulation Of Foundation Walls And Plinth, - Regulation Of The Heating System, - Installation Of A Lightning Protection System, - Implementation Of A Pv Micro-Installation, - Implementation Of A Band Around The Building. 3) Performance Of Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of Thermal Modernization Works, In Particular Consisting Of: - Puncturing Walls, - Installing Window Sills, - Performing Sheet Metal Work, - Installing Gutters And Downpipes, - Plastering And Painting. 4. Carrying Out Tests And Inspections Of Installed Devices And Installations; 5. Training Of Service Personnel; 6. Surveying Services, Including Staking Out And As-Built Inventory, If Required By Law; 7. Preparation Of Full Documentation And Reporting Of The Constructed Photovoltaic Installation To The Distribution System Operator; 8. Preparation Of Full Documentation Necessary For Reporting To The Commander Of The State District Fire Service In Wieluń And The District Construction Supervision Inspector In Wieluń, If Required By Law. The Ordering Party Requires That The Colors Of The Facade Plaster, Interior Finishing And Materials Used, E.G. Window Sills, Flashings, Gutters And Downpipes, Be Agreed With The Ordering Party.
