The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Multi-Discipline Construction Work (Plot No. 12/17 (Precinct 0012 Zawiercie), Ul. 11-Go Listopada, 42-400 Zawiercie), Including In Particular: A) Sports Infrastructure (Field): Construction Of A Football Pitch With Playing Field Dimensions Of 100X64 M With An Artificial Grass Surface (Fiber Height 45-50 Mm) Placed On A Shock-Absorbing Mat (So-Called Shockpad). The Scope Also Includes The Implementation Of A Complete Drainage System With An Infiltration System. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Field Tests At Its Own Expense And Obtain The Fifa Quality Pro Certificate For The Constructed Pitch; B) Equipment And Lighting Of The Pitch: Delivery And Installation Of Sports Equipment (Including Goals And Stadium Shelters), Construction Of Ball Catches Around The Pitch, Stands For Spectators And Lighting Of The Pitch Based On 4 Lighting Masts; C) Sports Facilities Building: Construction Of A Single-Story Facilities Building In Modular (Container) Technology. The Facility Includes 4 Locker Rooms With Full Sanitary Facilities As Well As Administrative, Technical And Storage Rooms; D) Road System And Parking Lots: Construction Of An Internal Road Providing Access To The Pitch And Facilities, As Well As Construction Of Parking Lots; E) Recreational Infrastructure: Construction Of A Pumptrack Bicycle Track With An Asphalt Surface; F) Technical Infrastructure And Networks: Execution Of Necessary Installations And Connections, Including: Internal Power Supply Line (Wlz) And Electrical Installations, Installations Water And Sewage Systems (Including An Absorption Well And A Dry Polder For Rainwater), As Well As Telecommunications Installations (Lan Network, Cctv Video Monitoring System). The Employers Note On The Design Documentation (Removal Of An Error): The Employer Informs That In The Description Of Construction And Material Solutions, Which Is An Element Of The Attached Construction Design (Page 52, Minimum Requirements For Grass Surfaces Synthetic Material For A Football Pitch, Point 6), There Is An Obvious Typographical Error Regarding The Required Number Of Tufts Of Grass Per 1 M². The Appropriate Minimum Parameter In This Respect, Required And Accepted By The Ordering Party, Is The Number: 12,000 Tufts/M². The Value Of 121,000 Bunches/M² Given In The Construction Design Should Be Treated As A Clerical Error And Will Not Be Taken Into Account.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Technical Parameters Of The Materials And The Method Of Performing The Works, Was Specified In The Documentation - Annex No. 7 To Swz.3. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Order Amounting To Min. 36 Months, Max. 60 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report.4. In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point
